Thank you ARTnews and Dan Samorodnitsky for including Fathomers in the August/September issue exploring organizations and artists pushing the boundaries of culture through Art x Science! The article examines how scientific inquiries have sparked innovative works through several burgeoning collaborations including the current cycle of The Getty Foundation’s Pacific Standard Time. Presently in its research phase, Fathomers' own Emergence: A Genealogy is featured, and ARTnews spoke to Executive Director Stacy Switzer and Co-Curator Antajuan Scott about ideas in the mix for the project and exhibition.
