In the May 2017 New Yorker follow-up on Jill Magid — “What Happened After Mexico’s Greatest Architect Was Turned into a Diamond” — Alice Gregory writes, “Like Magid’s previous projects, ‘The Barragán Archives’ relies on expository paperwork and legal forms. Magid keeps meticulous documentation of everything relating to her work.”

We found an excellent match for Jill this summer in our legal intern, Anne Marie Lee-Edwards, a second-year law student at the University of Kansas. The volume of research on our project-in-development saw a tenacious bump — and now Anne Marie has agreed to continue on as a project researcher this fall from her home base back in Kansas City. Stay tuned to see what she helps to uncover.
